I usually go to the gym early in the morning and then come back and write a diary while watching MLB, but today I'm writing a diary.
By the way, it's 7:48 now
There are times when the MLB broadcast starts at 7:55, but I was really thinking of getting up at 5am and going to the gym before trying MLB
woke up at 5am, but I wasn't motivated to go to the gym, so I changed the order
Probably these two reasons.
One is because I had a strange dream.
A dream of a Filipino child who became friends yesterday I woke up crying after got wallet stolen from my pocket by him
today. .. I'm sorry, I forgot, but it was a strange dream anyway.
Today's dream is not so bad as it is, but I think it was a bad dream.
So, after watching MLB, I'm thinking of going to the gym around 11 o'clock.
I have a dentist appointment today
The last time I went to the first dentist after a panic disorder, it was very difficult to breathe.
So honestly I'm still scared
What am I scared of?
Actually I don't know. ..
I'm afraid that it will be like that time.
So I know that there is nothing to be scared of
I hate myself like this
Even when I went to Tokyo the other day, I couldn't sleep at the hotel on the 12th floor (the window couldn't be opened) and spent the whole night walking on the bench outside, even though I wasn't really scared.
I want to get out of this quickly
That's the only wish I have now
Even if I think about this or write it, it just makes me feel depressed, so I'll leave it at this level today.
However, in the sense that I can organize my feelings, I think it also makes sense to write.
