The weather in Aichi prefecture is very bad today.
Since the car is parked outside, I'm worried that the hail will hit my car and hurt it.
Today I watched MLB from 2am to 6am, then slept a little, got up at 7am, went to the gym and came back a while ago.
I've only slept for about an hour lol
But I'm feeling well today
I wonder if that was the cause ...
There is only one thing I wish I had caused anxiety and panic disorder.
I still want to see it
If I look at it for a week this week and it looks good, it will almost change from expectation to conviction.
It wasn't until I realized that mentality, psychological tone, and care were so important.
