It's 9:55 now, and I'm writing in my diary.
I weighed myself last night and it was 75.6kg! haha
The most weight in my life lol
I was impatient😅
So, I've increased my 1km run at the gym since yesterday
When I weighed myself a while ago, it was 73.5kg.
2.1kg lost^^
I think my best weight is around 70~72kg for me(for 180cm person)
So, I will reach the 72kg level in 2 days, Sana all haha
but
I will stay at Hilton Nagoya tomorrow.
When I stay at the Hilton Hotel, I will eat too much at the breakfast buffet, also I will eat good food at lunch on the day and the day before.
When I'm at home, I skip lunch, but when I go to the hotel, I eat lunch and eat too much breakfast, so I end up getting fat.
But it's important to eat.
That's why I'm going to live my life just adjusting it well and not being overweight lol
