Diary

Sleepless night in Shinjuku

LANGUAGE

Hello, it's Hiro

As I wrote in my diary before, I stayed overnight in Tokyo yesterday.

Is it a rehabilitation trip?

I went to overcome anxiety because I had 9 hours of driving one way and there were mountains and tunnels.

Staying at a business hotel was also a challenge in terms of staying in a closed, closed room.

The result is

Driving to the destination was quite tough...

I usually only have 3-4 breaks, but this time I took 10 or more breaks.

When I had a seizure, I often took a break.

On the way back, I managed to deal with it with a break at the same pace as before, so I think it was effective.

However, the hotel was tough ...

It was good at first, but after being awakened by a friend at around 12 o'clock, I suddenly couldn't breathe well and couldn't sleep from 12 o'clock to 6 am, so I stayed outside all the time.

From 1:00 to 3:00, my Filipino friend called me, so I was gradually relieved, but at first I couldn't stop crying.

I went back to the hotel at about 3 o'clock, but after all I was scared and went out.

I walked around Shinjuku until about 5 o'clock.

Even though it was early in the morning, there were various people and it was fun, or I didn't have more free time than I expected.

Bad boys doing skateboarding and blonde cabaret girls wearing barefoot dresses

Many other strange people

I'm alone in the city, but when I go out into the city, there are various people, and it's okay if I don't feel the loneliness peculiar to myself.

In my case, it seems that the countryside tends to feel more lonely.

In the countryside, there are only elderly people, there are few people, and there are more things that can not be done than what you want to do, so you are not motivated.

This time, I went to Tokyo on a trip to Tokyo and spent the night outside without sleeping at the hotel, and it was good to have an experience like never before.

Even so, anxiety and panic disorder are difficult ...

Regards,

hiro
