Today is the day to go to the hospital.
So I got up a little early, went to the gym in the morning and came back, and now I'm writing a diary while watching MLB.
It's 9:42 now.
If I don't leave at 10 o'clock, I won't be able to meet the reception until 11 o'clock, so I'm in a hurry.
I will talk to my psychiatrist about the recent situation and the state of mental balance.
It started with depression, adjustment disorder, anxiety disorder and panic disorder for a while, and continues to these days.
No progress has been made in my private life over the past year, but in terms of mental balance, it has been a dizzying year.
It's often a negative thing, but I've learned how to balance my mind recently, and although it's not perfect yet, I feel that it's getting better and better.
I'm still alive today, i can say this one word only
