Rain, a day when nothing gonna do

I'm writing a diary at 10:55.

 

 

 

 

 

I don't have MLB today, but I'm a little late than usual.

 

 

 

 

 

 

I used to run 3km every day, but from today I changed to 5km.

 

 

 

 

 

The reason is that I wanted to achieve 8000 steps a day at the gym only.

 

 

 

 

 

I have decided to take 10,000 steps every day.

 

 

 

 

 

It seems that walking 10,000 steps every day is good for your health.

 

 

 

 

 

Also, I don't know if this is only in Japan or if it's popular all over the world, but "Hokatsu" is popular in Japan.

 

 

 

 

 

You can get money points as much as you walk.

 

 

 

 

 

"Miles" and "Trima" are famous when it comes to majors, but I'm using 11 apps at the same time lol

 

 

 

 

 

So, even with most apps, the goal setting is set to 8000 steps a day by default, so I think that at least 8000 steps should be achieved just by going to the gym in the morning.

 

 

 

 

 

However, changing from 3 kg to 5 kg was quite difficult haha

 

 

 

 

 

I could afford 4 kg at all, but as soon as I made it 5 kg, I got a little tired.

 

 

 

 

 

I'm running while watching Youtube, but 3km is good at all, but 5km seems to get tired depending on the video lol

 

 

 

 

 

But I think I can continue, so from now on, I will continue with 8000 steps as the minimum requirement every day.

 

 

 

 

 

As with muscle training, the weight of the weight is gradually increased, but it's fun, isn't it?

 

 

 

 

 

I go to the gym about 360 days out of 365 days a year
