It's 10:14 now, and I'm writing in my diary

 

 

 

 

 

I woke up before 5am today

 

 

 

 

 

I played with my dog for 2 hours in the morning, then went to the gym and just came back.

 

 

 

 

 

I will go to the hospiutal tom and the day after tomorrow, so I feel like I should do as much as possible today.

 

 

 

 

 

Recently, when I think about the future, I tend to become negative, and I think it would be nice if I could somehow fix that part of myself, but I don't know what to do specifically.
